I need some HELP! Desperately please! I have had an account @ Silver Oak since 2009 and have made regular deposits. Never winning.......til now: on a complimentary free chip for being a good customer. I actually made the playthrough, and it was conceded by Live Help also. They made the Withdrawal request for me via MoneyBookers and it was APPROVED to be paid by their Accounting on the 9th May,2011. I have been waiting ever since>???? I keep asking L/H every week (since the mandatory Max:20 business days wait) on where is it; and I keep getting different replies?? The last one said he spoke to Accounting and it would be in my MoneyBookers Account in Mx:3 Business Days.That was 2 weeks ago??? I just asked at L/H again, and she said there was no pending withdrawals on my account??? Yet they keep sending me emails trying to give me another free chip (which I wont use as that nulls all payouts).Can someone contact a Rep from there plz as Ive tried support and accounts emails and they get sent back???? I wont deposit anymore til they honour this one.

Thought I would stop by with an update on my recent "suckcess" story with Silver Oak... I won the whopping huge amount of $178 on August 21 using the no deposit TOURNAMENTCHIP bonus... my withdrawal was approved on August 26, so far so good... it is now September 10 and I have not been paid and when I checked tonight there were no new notes on my account regarding the payout, so CS "escalated" it by sending an email... which is good, as they have not answered my email asking about my cashout...

now I have waited politely and quietly the lengths of time they tell me it takes to approve the withdrawal 5-7 business days and to process the withdrawal, 7-10 business days after approval (which is ridiculous for an ACH withdrawal anyway) but so be it I waited patiently...

today I get a phone call offering me a deposit bonus and decide I will go ahead and use it, but lo and behold when I got to the redeem coupon page, before even typing in the code it says, "You are not eligible for this bonus..." so I ask CS and am told I may play at their casino with cash, but I am bonus banned for no deposit and deposit bonuses both... now, I do use a free chip now and then, but never without a deposit in between and when I deposit I don't use bonus codes at all most of the time...

so, I am bonus banned for winning $178... that they have not even paid me... never cashed out anything before, since they managed to not pay me the only other time I won there some time ago...will someone kiss me please... I seem to remember liking that when I am being SC43W3D!

I don't think they can deny it unless you used a chip just before the current one without a deposit in between... they will let you cash chips back to back to play, but their rules say that if you do that and win then the winnings are null and void... soooo, it depends on the money you were using to join the tournament... but, it sounds like you made a deposit without a bonus since you were able to play in a tournament with it... hope so for your sake. but, do not be surprised if you get bonus banned after you request a withdrawal. and they will probably try not to pay you for whatever reason they can find.. and there will be delays so that you will have time to reverse the withdrawal and play all the money back... hang tuff and don't do that!
