Same thing just happened with me also.  I downloaded last night and tried the coupon and it said already redeemed.  I went to live chat and waited for almost an hour, finally I gave up.  I just now got live chat and chatted with Jimmy who also would not redeem the code, said it was not for me, only for depositing players.

I have cashed out with them in the past and it will take several frustrating months to get paid. They send you a card you can withdraw cash on but they have so many fees for the card the fees will eat up about $40.....sorry

well folks I cashed out from the 20bucks4u free chip on January 8 and sent in my docs on January 9 and it is now January 26th and I am still waiting to be paid. Just a heads up for everyone playing at Silver Oak. I won money from a free chip and they did pay me. It did take over 1 month to get the money but they did pay eventually. Keep in mind that their requirements are that you have to have a balance of at least $100 to cashout anything! The bonus money is noncashable so if for instance you are playing that $50 free chip and the the max cashout is $50, make sure that you have a balance of at least $100 before you try and cashout! Anything less than that will not be accepted! Eventhough the max cashout from that chip is $50 they will not accept you wanting to cashout with less than $50 in winnings off of the chip. You must cashout the max in order to keep your winnings! Hope this makes sense! You can't just walk away with $20 in winnings, it has to be the $50 because the bonus money is noncashable and their requirements are a balance of at least $100 to make a cashout!
