Yes, I had the same problem. First they said it was ny region, I live in California too, and then they said it had something to do with my credit card, some kind of negative activity, they couldn't say what. I told her I was just playing the previous night with no problems .She got me in because I had just made a deposit the night before but told me I could no longer make deposits. Nothing wrong with my credit card, it's a load n go. Same thing with Treasure Island.
