i have spoken too soon i have meet the wagering requirements with $300 but the support person is telling me that i have to deposit $25 and play that through 20x in order to withdraw onl $100 i have tried looking up the terms and conditions but i get pagenot found

all these casinos are so scamy i made the playthrough in a few of them only to be told to deposit $25 i thought thats ok.
Then they tell you you have to take the deposit bonus and playthrough the whole amount before cashing out .

its been 3 days since I signed with them and still have not reached live support. even sent them an email 2 days ago.  Nothing.  Went back today and had a pop up message saying that if i filled out all my registration i will have it in 24 hours.  But I filled out all my stuff 3 days ago when I signed up..

Ok so like after I get mad and uninstall the casino.  About a week later I get a free $10 credit without my asking.   The only reason why I had uninstalled the casino was each time I tried to ask for the $10 they tried to get me to deposit first.  After each time and 15 minutes of fighting I'd give up and run.  The 3rd time I uninstalled and now a week later I get the deposit.  Oh well.  What can you do.  I dunno if I'll play it though after grief I went through on the first few occasions.

after i deposited they told me that i had to wager deposit plus bonus 20x and if i do or not i can withdraw the$100 well i lost my deposit so i went to withdraw the$100 they told me that their support had made a mistake and that i did not have to playthrough deposit and bonus that what  had to happen was is when i deposited my $25 their support was supposed to ad$75 and then i was supposed to withdrawr that $100 and what they did was put in $75 in my account with a 99 x playthrough and a maximum withdraw of $100 and told me that they were going to speak to their staff and inform them of the correct procedure natrualy i have lost that$75 lucky for me i have only deposited $25 i will never visit that casino again

they told me that i had to take a bonus on my deposit in a situation like this

i have not withdrawn anything from them so i suggest to stay away from them

I don't no of any issues regarding Thebes Casino - therefore if you are having issues perhaps they are just working out the bugs in Casino Moons?

what kind of bug is that i win $100 with their free $10 their manager tells me that i have to make a deposit and wager that 20 x deposit and bonus and he told me that in a situation like this that i hade to take out a bonus on my deposit so after much discusion he tells me that if i manage to wager the deposit and bonus 20x or not i still can withdraw the $100 so i deposit $25 and loose I then contact their support to enquire about my withdrawl they tell me to send some documents which i do i then enquire about my withdrawl then their other manager tells me that i was supposed to deposit $25 and then the manager was supposed to put in $75 then i was supposed to withdraw $100 i told him that it was not my fault he said all he can do is give $50 i talked him into giving me $75 the $75 he gave me had a 99x playthrough with a $100max cash out i tell you i have never seen a two bit operation like that before in my life i don't know how businesses like this stay alive
