Hey i had the same issue and it took 5 day's for them to (Grand Eagle) to give me what i have won fair and square.  I called them on the phone  yesterday and ask them to look up my play back and i gave them the play number so they can see that i did win.  Now the person on the phone said that i had made my deposit on pacific time so when the casino see my deposit go Thur it's there time 6 hours ahead (next day) bottom line is that it sames that i made a deposit and played after the promo of the medals had ended.  But i made my deposit evening before it ended.  So just tell support to look at your time of making the deposit.  Also don't forget to give them your play back number of the slot you won on.  Hope it works.

they didnt bother to look at my play history or try to dig into what your complain about, they kept telling me, I did not win medals on $2 bet and the casino decision is final, I was able to track down the game round number which was matched with my screen shot discription and sent them another email.  I won only $10, but still, it's what I entitled for.  At least I know that they just want you to lose money fast by this type of promo, and they can't even track down the medals won from their software, if you win the medals, make sure to take a screen shot, and again, with the games you already had the medals on, how could you tell if you win a medal when you spin at $2???
