Now am I in the wrong here or what?  He's the one that mentioned me taking a bonus with my deposit and all he cared about was the $50 free chip they gave me almost two weeks ago and not the fact I've deposited 3 times since that free chip. So...am I wrong or are they?

of course you're not wrong...nothing's worse than being a depositor and not being eligible for promotions...i had the same problem with the last promotion (and i had just deposited a few days before, spoke to chat, still not able to redeem)...i sent a strongly worded email to [email protected] ...nothing may come of it but at least you let them know that as a depositing player you are not pleased!!!  (i think that if enough people complained when they are displeased, maybe some things will change)...just my opinion  :)

Try claiming this again. I've had chat deny me in the past but after I read your post I tried once more and I got it no questions asked. I had also deposited before making requests prior to this. not sure if it was this specific code but no matter, this time it was different to get it so easily

The bonus is by invitation only.  As they invited my e mail address with NO account at treasure mile, it may not be only for depositors.

Check your e mails.  Who knows who will get the lucky codes?

You are right.  I don't know what is up, but I have enjoyed depositing with these casinos for some time.  Part of the reason for that is that I have been treated with respect and always helped.  However, I am having difficulty with a similar issue with Treasure Mile.  (They sent the code to my second e mail address, in which I have no TM account)
First, for all teh money I have spent, yes, left there, they could have invited me for the freebie.
Second, when I asked about it, I was chatting with Tom, who did not treat me respectfully.  I felt like I was "begging" for a freebie and I won't do that. 
Frankly, when you have deposited with a casino, there is no such thing as a "freebie."  The comps, free spins and free credits have been paid for by you

However, if the casino throws me a bone once in a while, I will keep depositing.

Anyway, I will stop ranting, but I just wanted to empathize with you Booo, and anyone else who is having difficulty with support at these casinos.

Just an FYI....I played the first ten spins and got $1.92...I then went and claimed the FistfulOfDollars spins and won $4.64 which did not get added to my balance. Yes, that is how it works.  I talked to support about a deposit bonus and free spins I was given once.  I got my deposit bonus and then played my free spins and it was not added to my balance.  Support said it would be once my account was at zero.
