I went to live chat, and they said 'i'm not eligible for free money'

OMG! So it didn't work for me today either  :( so I went to live chat and got James, he told me I have already claimed it 8x so the system wouldn't let him do it! I told him I had deposited a couple of times and with the (8)lucky25s, I got no entertainment so I was gonna wait for a while before I deposit there again!
He looked in my acct and saw that I didn't take a bonus with the deposits so he retroactively gave me one in my acct instantly and then I have a pending credit and as we kept talking he said my acct had also been randomly chosen for a pit manager bonus of $25 He says accts are randomly chosen for manager bonuses . I am soooo impressed with this group! Customer service is outstanding and it seems people have been getting paid!! I just thought I should share this with you all! The same thing might happen for you, you never know! Good luck

I too thought I wasn't going to get paid by these guys.  I had a cashout off a free chip at the end of February and as of Monday of this week still had not seen a cheque.  Contacted support regarding my lost cheque and it was at my door the next morning!!!!!!  I think this is amazing considering I have never deposited there!!!

No luck here either.  You know what is funny I typed in the bonus codes for Grand Eagle and Lucky Creek on Villa Fortuna and got "you are not eligible for this bonus" instead of this bonus is not valid.  Maybe it doesn't matter but like someone said before they could be the same group now and not just software.

I have not made a deposit here, i did get an email a few days ago and it said wednesday redeem dreamx10. and i have claimed it 2 or 3 times with no deposits inbetween. I dont know how they give out these free chips.

I talked to support, and he said they give to some people to try the casino. He said after claiming it a few times it will stop, and then you will have to deposit to be able to receive the free spins.

I finally received my cashout today via FedEx apparently my bank rejected the wire transfer. I received an email about that and advised it was mailed out via courier and 2 days later it arrived. So, grand eagle do payout on no deposit winnings. I'll definitely deposit next time.
