I've just had a look at this casino (did a search first) and it never came up.  Looked at the link posted by elim30.

Looks like they have no regulatory website and their "tech labs" RNG logo leads to a 404 error.  I have checked on Tech Labs and they are NOT one of their clients.

Download took a while, but I blocked something my firewall didn't like and it still ran fine...No invitation, entered the code and proceeded to rapidly make the $100 go away...fun enough.

I did not receive an invitation to the other 4 casinos that run this software but I was able to register at all of them and this one too.  It seems if you're allowed at one then you're good to go at all 5 of them.  GOOD LUCK
