Hey everyone i had a problem withdrawing my winnings from luck3 casino from my profile, they decided after my withdrawal request that they would freeze my account. Which is a shame really because i think their games are great. Has anyone had similar problems? Would be great to hear both your positive and negative feedback guys (and girls of course lol).

oh and for the record. When i asked for the withdrawal i was asked to provide id (the usual stuff). It was a couple of hours if i remember rightly before i was locked out of my account. Not sure if anyone can tell me why from this info but would be intersting to see if they had done the same with others cheers in advance guys

I've checked details about your issue. After standard registration (where you got free 10Euro coupon bonus) you added 1 more SLOTMOM (Free 25$) coupons. In our conditions is written ( http://www.luck3.com/promotion.html?id=32), that you can use bonus coupon only one time.

Craig I had the same problems. I didn´t know that two bonuses were signing up bonuses because one was a free one (sorry i don´t who to put it otherwise). And when I requested for a withdrawl my account was blocked. I´ve posted about this a week or two ago. I have no intentions of cheating or misuse bonuses but I still was so certain that the first bonus I redeemed was a signing up bonus and the second one was a ND bonus. Anyway my account is still blocked.

Very few people read the fine print and of course they should but to avoid confusion why not just make it so that you can not retain two sign up bonuses in a row and Luck3 could avoid being badmouthed by people who get locked accounts when trying to withdraw.
What irritates people is that they have to read the really fine fine print to know that they are not supposed to take two bonuses in a row and sometimes it is hard to see the difference between sign up bonuses and nd bonuses.3/ 5

Third I have a different definition of honestly en fairly;
Fourth I read a lot of comments in this forum and a lot of comments is about bad payment from the side of the casino´s;

Well, so sorry to read about your problem Steff. I certainly feel your pain because Palace of Chance would not pay me either the $12,000 I won. Anyway, I, too, used a sign up (january2009 and february2009) along with slotmom coupon. I was able to activate all three (which, by the way, it states clearly that you can only activate one coupon at a time). So that is what I did. I played one than activated another and was allowed to do so. The casino software should NOT allow all the activations. I had no idea this casino would be like the rtg ones and give out all these coupons and then find a reason not to pay.

i was thinking of joining this casino, but after reading luck3reps comments i think i will take my custom elsewhere, there are ways for reps to explain things without sounding rude and offensive which he/she does, the bonuses are not clearly explained and i would be worried about any withdrawl from this casino. Times are hard and casinos should be trying all they can do to keep good customer relations or they will find they wont be around for long as the power of reccomendation is very strong.

i would agree to some point. i had some fun gaming at luck3, didnt expect much, but for a change i won some, and i have to agre, some rules arent that clear. specially if u dont have english as a first. anyways, i did all by book. what i can say though is, even if slow, luck3 handled all acordingly, but they do have to work on customer suport, alot. and in a topic eralier i wrote: luck3 is one of few casinos id deposit to. its great that your, or someone is active and answere users on a forum, nat (luck3rep) but, this is ofc only my personal opinion, as said, the site you represent might want to work on customer care (not refereing to anyone else in the thread). when luck3 have, _then- id be glad to game at your casino again, as a deposit customer (again). till that, ill spend my money elsewere.

My last comment on this, I think that the answer and remarks I just read from Luck3 is an example of unfitting arrogance. Because there´s no such a thing as getting bad feedback from (future) customers. And about the announcement that Luck3 is offering their site in 5 languages in a couple of months from now which will make me feel more comfortabel, I doubt it. Dimness in 5 languages!!!??? phoe awesome.
