Been checking for info on them, they seem a legit new casino (facebook page, affiliates page and linkedin http://www.linkedin.com/company/2936114 they gave away free tshirts at some launch).

Got a bit of an update on this place and its not good regarding withdrawals...

So my withdrawal was authorized and sent on Thursday to my card...

To warrant the fact they take a % of a withdrawal (just over 30 euros taken as a fee for a 550 euro withdraw) I would expect the payment to be quick.

In paypal for example, withdraw's to my card takes under a minute to hit my bank and at other casinos which do not charge for card withdraw's it takes about 1-2 working days(at most) after they sent payment.

Its now passed midnight (1:15am) on Tuesday... money clears at midnight, if it isnt cleared then, it wont be in bank that day.....I checked and no money in. So that makes it 3 working days and 1/2 a working day on thursday (some places also class saturday as a working day)

Either they are using a cheaper payment processor for card payments that take longer or they havent sent it like they said and are hanging onto it for a few more days. Either way it doesnt warrant a fee that high. What if I deposited a few 100 and cashed out 1k? That would be 100 euros withdraw charge ... No thanks.

I was actually keen to carry on playing with them as I liked their casino... But now I will probably just close my account the second my money hits my bank....

Their facebook page seems like a half hearted unprofessional effort too... They constantly spam the same wall post every day, and they have a competition on FB:

Thats fair enough and thanks for posting.

However the issue was that the fees were not listed on the site in the "withdrawal" section or in the terms. Thats misleading as players only find out about these charges when they actually click and withdraw their money.

The website seems a bit of a scattered mess........ like check this:

On 1 part of the site it says:

" 1st Deposit up to a limit of 200 €
  2nd Deposit identification document required "

Thats saying ID will be required on second card deposit.

"LeoJackpot.com shall not effect a payment in excess of two thousand and three hundred Euros to a player until the LeoJackpot.com has verified the players’ identity, age and place of residence."

That says ID will be required if a player wins over 2300 euros.

However when you click to actually withdraw, you cant access the withdraw area without having to send ID.

So if a player has to hand in ID to withdraw at all... why should it matter what the amount is? That term seems flawed because your saying ID will be required if a player wins over 2300, however ID is required the moment you want to access the withdraw section.

Bank fees??? But regardless of your card type it comes under 1 section. You say charges are for "credit card" withdrawals.... My withdrawal was to my Debit card but I was still passed on your fees that you give to "credit card".

MOST casinos also have a bit of goodwill here. Players lose 90% of time and if they lose its bad luck. However if a player is lucky and wins, MOST casinos pay the player the full amount and pay the withdraw fees as they know the player mostly loses so they are still in profit.


Like look at my withdraw:


552 euros.... That works out as £468.99 (According to googles currency converter)

I lost just over 20 euros (£18.57) of that with your charges, was paid 522 euros to my bank (£445.16)

When that finally hit my bank I was only paid £419.80..... Yes... a lot of that was down to my bank converting currency... however the point was I lost about £50 of that withdrawal in total with a combo of your fees and my bank converting the currency.

I thought I would make another post regarding the fees and payment system with Leojackpot as I had a similar card withdraw situation at another casino (It puts them to shame... hopefully gpitileac will see this)


So I play at inter casino. My withdrawal to my card (same 1 was leojackpot).

My withdrawal was 275.26 euros. The withdrawal was made on Thursday.

The money was sent to me on Friday and just after midnight today (Sunday... only took 2 non working days to clear) it showed in my bank.

According to google's currency converter (same I used to calculate leojackpot payment), that amount is £235.

£229 hit my bank thus only lost £6.

Had that been double the amount (roughly the same amount I cashed out at leojackpot) I would have lost £12... Whilst at leojackpot I lost £50... A big difference and inter casino paid me so much quicker

As we know, its a tight market with countless casinos, many of them reputable that have been around for many years.

New casinos have it tough and if they don't get their business right they will just disappear twice as fast as they showed up.

Especially concerning the fee's.... As the bigger outfits tend to charge no fees, the smaller 1's shouldnt charge any either, otherwise a player will win, cashout, find out about the fees and then leave to play somewhere else without putting anything back into the casino

I may sound picky but... 3 euros is indeed nothing for withdrawals, its your call of course but perhaps abolish that fee altogether.

I guess if your paying out 1k+ 3 euros wont cover your fee..... however for the low rollers it may seem like a bit of a chunk if for example they are betting 20c a spin and cash out just 50 or 60 euros.

They 3 key things for us players are:

No withdrawal fees (our winnings is our money and our losses is your money)
