I didn't have any trouble downloading this casino (Eldorado Palace), it actually went pretty fast for me--must be my new laptop
However, when I tried to register a new account, no matter WHAT login name I tried, it said "account already in use,m please try another login ID".
After 5 or 6 tries last night, and 3 more this morning, I thought I would try calling customer service.  This was around 7:45am,edt.  What I got was a faint recording of a man with a thick accent that I could barely understand!  I listened 3x then hung up.  I have given up on this one.  It'll be hitting the trash bin faster that it loaded  ...and yes, of course I will be running my crap-cleaner right after I dump it.
I'd definitely say THIS was a sign.  OL

Ok, Let me see if I have it straight.
You downloaded the casino, created an account and claimed the free chip.
Played out the free chip and lost.
Then tried to create another "new" account but the software would not allow you to.

Part of this is because of user identifying code built into the software. It is not solely a matter of "tracking cookies" instead when you uploaded the casino to your computer it left a marker somewhere in your registry. this marker identifies and communicates to the casino software that your computer already has a registered account, and then prevents you from making a duplicate.

This is not that uncommon, even RTG software "recognizes" your computer even after uninstalling, clearing your caches and cookies and reinstalling it. You will get the "new user" registration pop up, but if you close the screen, you will see your first log in name staring back at you.

I have not downloaded this casino, but it looks like they have something in place to prevent multiple acccounts being created from a single computer.

Just tried to claim now and was told this bonus offer is now closed :'( :'(
I guess they have given loads away and have now given up. :'(

 Forby....I have to agree with you on all points...It didn't used to be like it is now...all kinds of bs excuses after you go thru all the registering....When possible, and they give me the ole go around, I go back and erase the info...and forget that casino...I definitly will NOT deposit with them....better luck to you ...there are lots of really good casinos out there...we just have to weed them out...

No.  I only downloaded--ONE TIME--because I was unable to create an account in the flash version.
I have never been to this casino before, flash or otherwise.  Hadn't ever even heard of it till yesterday, right here on this website.

btw, for VIP100 60x playthrough and $250 max. cashout, said Sean from support. For EPC20 someone posted its 40x and $200 max cashout.

maybe slots are not state of the art but at least overall payout on them truly is 98% as promoted on their website. Also for newbies, all games have detailed help explained on site, dont just look at payout screen.

I must have misread your first posting to get the idea that you had been able to claim the bonus.

But some of my post still has merit, in the registry implant recognizing your computer. Did you happen to have the casino main page open while trying to register on the downloaded version? I am not sure if it makes a difference, but when a casino has a know download play area available, the tracker may recognize you are physically present at the website, and prevent you from being able to be at the download site at the same time...

Again, this is conjecture, but I can see where it might be written into the code.

When I tried the flash version, a second window opened automatically when I clicked on 'register'.
After downloading, when I opened it, they ask me if I want to register or use existing account.  As I had never had 1 with them, I clicked on 'register'.  Same thing happened, a new window opened. 
Again, a repeat of my previously unfruitful attempts.

I know I've said in other unrelated posts, I am an admitted chip-whore, but only in RTG's,  so I don't complain.  I was only sharing this experience because it had never happened to me before, and I hadn't read that anyone else had it happen.  Honestly, I wasn't griping.  And I'm sorry if I wasn't clear in my original post.
I love this site!  I learn so much...and I get lots of working chips too!
