Update..I made the $25 deposit and sent in my documents.  Payment of $210 was in my quicktender account today.  Took 4 days after documents approved.

first planet23 and now black diamond.  Topgame's games are cool, it's just their topgame security department kinda messed up.  If you are ahead with their casinos, they will try to find a reason to limit you or even block you not to play no more. 
Their payouts are usually slow and thats why their customers left.  So, this is just my guess why some topgame casinos changed to rivals

Support said Monday around noon it should work. I told her that many are having same trouble. I don't know why it would be just for some, but when flash casino is ready I guess that would be an alternative.
