They don't aim to review withdrawal requests "within" 72 hours; 72 hours is a pending time. They will only look at them after that period, and if there is any problem, they will reject the requests without asking, and the subsequent withdrawal requests will be pending for another 72 hours. It's clear that they don't want their customers to receive money as soon as possible.
