What video games are you into?

You don't give up with Torchlight 2, do you?  Well, I've just watched few gameplay videos on youtube and well, it's pretty similar to torchlight 1 in my opinion. Probably fun for few hours but in long term.. Well, I'll think about buying this one if noone else won't recommend anything else

I gave up on RPG genre years ago. Too many great stories executed in a very cheap way.

Last RPG I bought was The Witcher 2 and its the last disappointment I'm ready to afford, not because of wasted money but rather because I don't want to waste 30+ hours playing something that isn't what it is supposed to be.

Sadly, I think we are in the age of good shooters. I say sadly, because I'm unfortunately fan of RPG and RTS.

Yeah.. now it's hard to find something good... i used to play old games, because now games are only for stupid kids, who won't to think and looking for easy ways to complete the game. I love hard games, where you have to use your head, not only clicking and shooting. I'm a fan of RPG too, but i love to play some over genre as well, like Civilization or Half life series. Sadly, now i have only a laptop, which is not very "strong" and can't play new, high requirements games, but it's enough to read comments and see that crap they offering to us.

I almost forgot that I bought Fallout 3 like a year ago and didn't have time to play it  looks pretty nice, I like combat solutions, graphics, a lot of items possible to pick up (or to steal  ). I just feel so lost in that huuuge open world..

To tell you the truth, I finished main quest in Fallout 3 in about 4 hours of gameplay, half drunk after New Year's party in the morning on January the 1st 2010

And its not because I'm very good in games, my girlfriend did it in 6 hours few days later If you dont do side missions game is just too short, and side missions are pretty generic and boring. There is an expansion I think called New Vegas but I didnt play it.

I'm not going to rush with it  just escaped from 101 valut, found a village, going to do some side quests that I can do there, then going to try to kill everyone there and move on  talking with everyone about everything to find something about story etc 

I am personally playing dota game every single games. Take not that not dota2, just dota with warcraft 3. Played dota 2 couple of times, but just not my game.

I'm totally hooked on retro games, I just cant be bothered with the complexity of a lot of modern games (with the exception of some recent strategy titles..) and love nothing more than chilling with some Sega Megadrive / Super NES / Master System games

I gotta say though the graphics on the latest consoles are truly fantastic, its an exciting time for games players for sure. I just wish I could get excited about any of the actual games for those systems!

Agreed! Super nes easily my favourite console of all time! why I sold it twice is beyond me! Were you not a nes fan?

                  You said it,  Wscalley,  Bigdk1888.    I'm sort of an 80's and 90's kind of guy.  I love the old Nintendo stuff.  The kind they always had in bars.  Donkey Kong,  Super Mario, that sort of thing. A  long time ago I had the NES (the first generation) I think it was the early 90's....I played that sombitch til it broke!!!  Then,  for another birthday or Christmas gift I had the  Super NES (2nd generation)  and pretty much played that until it broke......Man,  I really got to get out more.  LMAO     I  like  a few PC games,  mostly first person.  Love the Quake series and Half-Life.  Games are like a soap opera how they drag you in....

OK, I give up with Fallout 3 - I killed someone important (by mistake of course  >:D  ) and now everyone is trying to kill me on sight  And I'm pretty to lazy to start it from beggining..
By the way: Donkey Kong,  Super Mario..  i remember when I was a kid and playing it all day long!  Never managed to finish Super Mario anyway, if I'm correct  then stage 8.2 (pretty funny that I still remember that  ) required some sick jumping skills, I was always failing

I can't believe you never heard of Fallout!  It's a classic  It's RPG game as I said before with AWESOME combat mode  But as I said - once you're greedy and kill someone to stole his weapon ( >:D  ) you can get into some serious troubles 
I'm not a huge fan of FPS (I'm not too good at it) but I enjoyed playing Counter-Strike 1.5 and 1.6 few years ago (when there wasn't soooo many cheaters >:()

              I heard of Fallout, just never played it.  I might have to give it another look.    I'm good with PC games  but have a hard time with some of the newer platforms controllers--ex.  Xbox,  I was good with the Nintendo but not so much the others.  Anyway,  I'll check out Fallout.

I'm in the UK and the master system was a lot more popular here than the NES, so as a kid I played mainly master system. One time though I did lend an NES, it had a few games inc Turtles, mario, duck tales, but the one I remember most was Megaman2, the music was kickass for the time and I so didn't want to give the machine back. I've never really had a good look through the NES library in recent years but I gotta devote some time to it soon!

          Yeah as far as the console game/platforms  NES was always my favorite.  I loved all the retro games.  I liked the next generation of Nintendos that succeeded and naturally we eventually got the Wii.  That was really cool.    Tried the Wii the other day and tells me it isn't reading any of the discs.  We had it a few years now and maybe these things have a life expectancy.  Kinda sucks because I know those NES  consoles they just flat wore out.

I had all nintendo consoles up till I was like 17 the last console I bought was a DS though but if I get a big win I might buy a new ds and poss even a wii u the only nintendo console I have now is a gamecube that still works ! I can get all the nes and super nes games online not mentioning any sites here though! Yes wscalley should definitely look into nes n super nes amazing library of games!!

Ok, I feel sad and happy now - I just found amazing mod to Diablo 2 called Zy-El which makes it like endless game with max lvl... 10.000 instead of 99.  pretty much love it, it made this game extremly hard. So why am I sad? Because I'm not going to move away from my PC for ages right now. 

            It would take a LOT  to move me away from the PC,   that must be a helluva game there Sommi.  LMAO !

I watched my girlfriend playing Metro - Last Light yesterday. Not a fan of shooters at all, but story seems quite interesting. I'll have to give it a chance when I find some spare time

Girlfriend? Playing? Computer game? Just a second, I'm pretty shocked. 

Pretty hard for me to admit but compared to her I'm pretty much a noob, particularly when it comes to World of Warcraft for example

She is kinda heavy gamer, and me, well, I just have a very little time for games now...

The 3 mass effect games are incredible i have racked up many many hours of play time on those. Halo is good as well, not so much since the original developers left but the old ones are amazing. and Fifa of course

Aside from tennis games that I like, when I was a bit younger I used to play The Sims and Sim City.

At the other hand, Counter Strike or some strategy like Age of Empires II (don't like other versions).

I usually play online FPS like Battlefield.I also like World of Tanks, which I play a lot.It is a very realistic game.You should try it out.In the past I used to play a lot of strategy games, like Medieval Total War and it's sisters, AOE,Warcraft.And of course, sometimes I still play a little Counter Strike which is funny

Dota2. Personaly my favourite since I've been playing it for amost a decade. Tried LoL, WoW & HoN and many others, didnt like them that much.

At the other side, GTA is my favourite open world game, since I've been playing gta3, vice city, san andreas and gta4. Cant wait for gta5 to hit PC.

As it goes for sport games, I'm only playing PES eventho they screwed it a bit in 2014 version. Hope 2015 gets better.

I think that this game is not so famous but I just love Stronghold Chrusaders. I play this game all day (when I am not gambling ). Bad graphics but this is just something about that game what make it so special

You should all try Warblade game. It reminds me of Galaxy. It is interesting to play in multiplayer.

Used to be into shumps big time, but my brain is too old for that now. Play it about once a month when I'm p**sed off with something

I'm a sports guy Playing only NHL, NFL, NBA games on the pc. Sometimes driving F1. Simply other games get boring, but you will never play two identical Ice Hockey of Football games.

My favorite videogames are Warhammer 40k: Dawn of War, Disciples II, FIFA.
But the best of the best for me is Heroes of Might & Magic III - this game is really eternal!

I had started with Mario and played all sort of racing video games. But surely my favorite game is Mario and all its series. I just loved this game from my childhood and I think many people still like to play that game. I haven't played much of other games lol but I think they also might be great.

I love racing games, and I don't have great computer so I can't play new need for speed, but older games like most wanted or carbon I love to play again and again

I play sometimes Video Games on a Video game console, i have a Playstation 2,Playstation 3 , Playstation 4 and a X-box 360.
One of My all Time Favourite Video Games is GTA V , although i was never a big fan of GTA,GTA V is the best GTA game in my opinion.Other Games i like : Dead Space , FIFA football series , Mortal Kombat , Dead Rising , Kane & Lynch.

What is your favourite Video Games ?

I am a huge fan of video games and usually play them on my PC itself. I am not that much into console gaming but have played plenty of games on my computer. Currently I am dealing with Prototype 2 and loving it.

These legendary playstation 1  games are my favorite. Crash Bandicoot 1,2,3 And Team Racing  , all Tomb Raiders before they went ps2.  From a bit newer games there is only  Guitar Hero Metallica And i play daily CS:Global Offensive.

Oh man i sooo miss Sonic the hedgehog one of my favourites.

Just played GTA V on PC but the story mode was way too short. Game itself was awesome and gonna play the story mode again for sure!

Definitely,my favourite game is football manager and pro evolution soccer. I have been playing them for a 10 years.I considere myself as a very good player in both.

Pro Evolution Soccer of course is my first choice But also I love strategy games like Medieval or Stronghold... Maybe now I am too old for the games but I can't help myself, video games and gambling are just part of me

I tried this one like a month ago - I really enjoyed this one. "Open world" and all of those Matrix-like action  Too bad I had to format my disc and forgot to back up my save, now I'm too lazy to start over.

I like video games. In fact ,is 5 or more video games in my mind. Counter Strike, Cossacks, Starcraft,Age of Empire and FrozenFront.
