I know of a friend who received the same email etc about the bonus break 

I made 3 deposits and claimed the shop item 5 times fot Wild Tornado. However on my last set of spins I won over 70 euro and after the spins were done my bonus balance disappeared. I told them I won 70  and they said it shows I did not win anything.

I am still waiting for the right person to show me that they do not win anything from 50 spins on Sugar pop. I mean comon 50 spins on sugar pop and "0" won?

Anyways they said there is nothing they could do, their systems show no errors and that I won nothing from 50 spins. I was pissed and not really impressed with this, to which I immediately closed my account.

It means their item is no longer in the shop; only temporarily though.  Any purchases, such as as yours, are still dealt with.  I've sent it over as he only informed me today that he is out from tomorrow.  I will get your result though before he goes off on his jaunt to the latest gambling conference.  Hope the info helps.

The rep cannot guarantee that he will be around due to personal stuff/workload so he has asked that I add both items back on Sunday so I'll add them back late Friday/early Saturday.  Sorry about the wait.

It is not the first time that the Red Stag item was pulled out of the shop due to the casino rep being away.    Not being able to purchase said itme  in some kind of time frame affects some of us.  I had my last Red Stag purchase last 05 January, so was expecting to have it purchase by 05 February but due to it being not in the shop, might be able to have it probably by the 18th.

Can you /LCB negotiate to have the itme purchase by the members not on a 30 day basis (days between purchases) but per month basis..... meaning it can be purchase by the members each month irregardless of the date it was purchase?
