If you qualify, the chip will just turn up in your account.

You should wait for 48 hours before chasing any chips that you have not yet received however, if you qualify, the casinos are usually quicker than that.  Particularly Casino Extreme, Guts Spins, Winaday/Slotland and Raging Bull.  Miami Club chips are the slowest as there is a third party involved that does the crediting although they have speeded up recently.

Some casinos do not work at the weekend so if you purchase your chip on a Friday evening, chances are you will not get it until Monday.  That said, Casino Extreme, Raging Bull, Sloto and Guts are usually all available over the weekend (but don't hold me to that).

Regarding ewallet claims such as Skrill, Paypal etc, it's usually around 24 - 36 hours and these are not processed over the weekend, so allow extra time for these.

Regarding Club USA casino shop chips, there are technically two requirements for this chip.  You must have made at least 3 lifetime deposits, plus your last deposit must have been made in the last 30 days to qualify.  Example:  If you made 5 deposits so far and your last deposit was last week, you would qualify for the chip.

Regarding Slotland/Winaday - if you have claimed loads of free chips without making a deposit, you definitely will not qualify.  Technically, you should not have two free chips in a row.  I recommend your last action to be a deposit for these two chips.
