When I purchase a chipset in the shop (in my case its Shadowbet) on a tuesday for example ... What moment is it communicated with the casino?

And how does it work with purchases on friday?

Good question.

At the end of each day, I gather all the purchases and send them off to the different casinos ready for the next morning.  The cut-off time is around 10pm CET as it takes quite a few hours to do these each day. The weekend requests are sent on Sunday night ready for Monday morning all the way through to Thursday night ready for Friday morning.  All Friday requests can't be sent Friday night as the reps will have gone home so these are sent with the weekend requests too,  I only send 1 email per day to each casino with the requests.  I do however continue to send Bitstarz Casino, Casino Brango, Casino Extreme, Space Lilly, Luckystar.io, AU slots and iNetBet (.com and . eu) over the weekend as these go to support who deal with them every day.

Regarding the reasons behind their removal, I really don't know.  They never really gave me a reason just that it was to be removed.  Sad to see them go - they were very popular.
