Yes, sometimes it does take more than 48h. We do our best to get results as soon as possible. 

But please note that the weekends do not count. So, if you claim a chip on Friday after all requests have already been sent to casinos, your request will be sent on Monday. Most casinos accept requests "only" Monday through Friday.

Thank you so much for the updated list. I am glad to see that things have changed Were for my favorite casinos, casino extreme and casino Yabby. There haven't been any recent changes for any of the casinos you mentioned. The last time their terms were updated was around 10 months ago when we agreed that they would ignore their loyalty reward, which meant that the loyalty would not affect Shop purchases.

3. Check you casino and lcb accounts regularly. You should be credited within 48h (not including weekends) or you will receive a PM from me if your request is denied.

4. I always  send a follow up to casinos if there's no reply after 48h, but of course you are welcome to send me a message and ask about the status of your request. 

5. If your request is denied and you are not happy about it, let me know as soon as possible. Don't wait for too long  to check on your request. I can only do so much. 

5a. If you are denied, and you think that the decision is wrong, let me know the reason and I will get in touch with a casino representative. 

6. To any member who sends me a message saying or implying that we are scamming them, forcing them to deposit , making secret deals with casinos to take more money from them...  I will no longer respond in any way.  It;s just a huge waste of everyone's time.

I certainly didn't think I was scammed by LCB you guys have helped me several times so I couldn't have been more shocked to see Slot.LV tell me in a chat session that I had been scammed by LCB and further more had me wait while she checked with her marking department to confirm I had been scammed. As stated in the Shop terms and conditions, specifically Rule 18 -  always allow 48h (not including weekends) for your request to be processed. I haven't even sent your request to the casino yet - it will be sent on Monday. Most casinos, including Slots.lv do not process Shop requests on the weekends. 

And regarding this screenshot, Thank you. I will talk to their casino representative about it - this is not the first time that their casino support said something that irresponsible and unprofessional.

My apologies I had not read the t&c's before before contacting the casino. You are welcome for the screenshot. It's unfortunate that the customer service reps are so untrained. Luckily I knew better and realized the waste of time that would insure had I tried to tell her otherwise.
