How long does Litecoin shop item take to be sent to wallet after I redeem my credits?

Depends when you buy it, whether you spent $5 in between already etc etc..   Cash items are processed on Sunday night through to Thursday night inclusive.  They are not processed Friday and Saturday nights due to massive timezone differences.

If you bought a chip at the same time in order to qualify for the cash purchase, you must wait until that chip is approved before the cash purchase decision can be made. 

These factors will delay your payment.

I only spent 25$ on litecoin nothing else. So I'm assuming I won't get it till Sunday hopefully. 

You spent more than enough on other chips....way more than enough to qualify.  Yes it will be paid late Sunday night/early hours of Monday morning.

I'm confused on what you mean by spent way more on other chips to qualify.. the only option for litecoin is $25 so that's what I spent.. 

I meant the other shop purchases.  This is your first cash claim and all members must spend everything they earn in the first 3 months of their membership on casino chips from the shop before they will be eligible and what I meant is that you have done this already.....

What happens if you were to buy at the shop and you have not met the requirements?is the buying reversed or it is processed but unusable?

You should recieve a message saying your chips have been refunded. That is what happened to me, not sure if they actually were though(as my lifetime earnings don't match my chip $ and I have only tried one bonus in the shop).

if that's not the case I think it should be included in the terms and conditions so as to clarify things here

The funds are returned to you if the item is denied.

If you ever received a refund or successfully purchased an item from the shop, your lifetime earnings will not match your account balance.  The lifetime earnings is what it says on the tin i.e. your lifetime earnings however, if an item is refunded, it is added to your lifetime earnings.

Example you have $15 and your lifetime earnings are $15.  You buy a $5 chip from the shop and your lifetime earnings remains at $15 and your account balance goes down to $10.  The item is denied.  The $5 is refunded and your account balance will be back to the original $15 but your lifetime earnings (which does not go down when you purchase an item) will have the refund added to it and be showing as $20.  This is where the difference comes about. 

When you get a message from me saying "cost refunded", it has definitely been refunded.

If what is not the case  -  not sure what you are referring to or are you talking about refunds?  If you are, then yes, the cost is refunded if the purchase is denied.  If this is not what you are referring to, please let me know.

Yes am referring to the refund process being included because someone else might be ask him/herself the same question.but you have made it clear in your post.b it is it possible to add to the T&C?
