Neteller and other deposit/withdraw options

Hi, I'm new to the site (and to online casinos) and I have a couple questions about getting money into and out of accounts with casinos.

1 - I live in Canada. After a little googling, it seems that Neteller may not let Canadian users transfer funds to and from online casinos, but the links that all say that are old and it's not in Neteller's FAQ (nor was I able to get a response through their live help). Anyone know what the deal with that is?

2 - If Neteller isn't an option, the next easiest thing would be to use my credit card. Is this a bad idea? Can I withdraw funds onto my credit card?

3 - If Neteller isn't an option and credit cards are a bad idea, what would you recommend?

As you can probably guess, I'm planning on trying out the Casino Whoring plan - so if anyone has any other tips for a clueless noob they'd be greatly appreciated : )

Banking options.
For AV and others considering banking options.This is what I set up for BJ whoring.

DEPOSITS.
Deposits are naturally much easier than withdrawals I use

(a) Visa Debit Credit card.
(b) Mastercard Debit Credit card.

I only deposit enough funds into a debit/credit card to cover a specific deposit so that there is no chance of them taking more.

Once I trust a casino I then use

(c) Visa Credit card.I also use credit on the card to increase my bankroll considering it to be much more profitable THIS METHOD SHOULD ONLY BE USED BY VERY VERY EXPERIENCED GAMBLERS.

WITHDRAWALS

(a) One of the above credit cards if allowed but often not.Deposits OK but not withdrawals.

(b) Either Neteller (AV might want to avoid.)
(c) Moneybookers.(Good service)
(d) Ecocard.(Good service but charge BIG fees)
(e) Via Wire transfer(BIG fees often)
(f) Via Cheque.(Very slow and lots of fees.)

First thing I always check at a casino is how can I withdraw.

It looks like I'll give moneybookers a try. I'm torn between using my credit card or moneybookers for depositing - visa/mastercard debit cards haven't really caught on in Canada yet!

Assuming I'm sticking to the casinos listed in the Casino Whoring 101 section, is using my credit card to deposit funds a big risk, security-wise?

Moneybookers is my 1st choice when it comes to making deposits.But i also use my credit card with those casinos that dont have MB as payment option. Moneybookers was natural choice for me since im not allowed to use paypal or neteller.I also have Eco card account but they have huge $30 fee for bank transfer  withdrawal so i dont use it anymore.
So far i didnt have  deposit/withdraw issues when i used my credit card, i think its pretty much safe to use it at reputable casinos.

Moneybookers it is then! I think only one of the casinos on the list doesn't accept Moneybookers anyway, so I should be able to minimize my credit card use.
