Hiya Guys and Dolls,
For the most part once i have seen a movie i don't have an desire to watch again. But there are always those exceptions to the rule. My latest kick that i can't seem to click off Cable is Brides Maids. They have showed this a zillion times and every time i see it, its' like the first time. I think that movie is hilarious!
For classic films its God Father 1 & 2, Casino and Fried Green Tomatoes.
Do you have your favorites you could watch over and over again?

I love a raunchy little movie with Cameron Diaz & Christina Applegate called "The Sweetest Thing", but you have to have the unedited version. I make myself sick laughing every time I watch it.
I also love "Sabrina" with Harrison Ford, "Patriot Games" with Harrison Ford, and I'm a huge fan of RomComs from the 40's & 50's, having watched many of those over & over, particularly the ones with Cary Grant. -

Omg i can't believe how many peeps favor Silent of the Lambs. I have never watched that movie once in its entirety cuz it kinda freaks me out to be honest! But i know it is a classical favorite for many.
The Birds was an awesome movie and if you ever read the background on the making of the film it is more chilling than the movie itself. Tippi Hedren that plays the leading role was behind the scenes tormented by the obsession the director Alford Hitchcock had for her.
Because she did not heed his sexual advances he made her life a living hell on the set by repeatedly having her shoot scenes with those birds. What appears to be fantastic acting is real terror that she experienced during those grueling unnecessary retakes.
I absolutely love the old black and white films. And don't think there is a single one that i wouldn't watch over and over. My all time favorite actor has to be James Cagney! It's the modern day Robert De Niro in his gangster films. Omg but how could i leave out Humphrey Bogart, Betty Davis, Joan Crawford...........

If you don't like such movies, you won't fall in love with "The Silence of the Lambs", but you should watch it at least to see Anthony Hopkins playing Hannibal Lecter - his best role in my opinnion -

"The Silence of the Lambs" is the best movie ever! Just like rodrigoalmeida said, Anthony Hopkins is simply fantastic as Hannibal -

There was a time when I watched all Aliens movies and all The Lord of the Rings movies once on a weekly basis. It must been Ive watched them more than 20 times, and now that I come to think of it I could watch them all again.
It seems to me that movies nowdays dont really have much of rewatch value, particularly in those more relaxing genres like action or sci - fi. I remember the time when it wasnt all about big boobs and porn quality acting. -

I usually like the 'Lifetime' movies to watch again and again.
The Tracey Thurman Story, A Woman Scorned ( Betty Broderick), Small Sacrifices (Diane Downs).
The last hour of A Few Good Men, The Birds, Erin Brockovich.
There are so many movies I will watch again and again if they come on TV. -

I think i have seen every single movie that has ever come out on LMN five times over. And when there is a premiere i am like a kid in a candy store!

As a major Tolkien fan, I can watch LOTR movies countless times - there's always something new I notice about them! But there are also other movies I can watch over and over again, like The Green Mile, Love Actually, Forest Gump, A Roman Holiday, Gone with the Wind, and I've always been a big fan of the Band of Brothers series. In general, all WWII movies are something I love to watch...

It is strange for me - although i hate watching the same movies more than once, i often only watch a movie twice if i didnt get it the first time round and it was a sci-fi film - (of course) sci-fi is my fav type of movie
But i am open to a lot of movies - i am a movie geek i would say - but also i find if there is movies on the tv, even movies i watched, i seem to get stuck to them when there is nothing else to watch
so yes i dont like watching them more than once but sometimes i cant help it
And answer to which i could probly watch over and over would be matrix trilogy
