If I don't receive your result today, I will check their their casino rep. tomorrow. Hopefully it will be sorted out before the weekend.

The selection on the shop is terrible needs better items and better casinos to purchase with. Same ol ones and shop rules are too strict. Just being honest

Just wondering how come I can't see some of the shop items?

I know this because I saw that someone redeemed 30 free spins from Slotgard and I was like that's funny I don't have that option.

I figured maybe it's because players from my area aren't allowed, but that's not the case because players from my area are allowed to play at Slotsgard and there's casinos that I'm not allowed to play at in the shop (Drake casino).

So just wondering how come, and if maybe it's a mistake/glitch then is there other items that I haven't been able to see before?

The Shop should be GEO targeted. Have you clicked on 'Load all' button at the bottom of the page? Then you are able to see all offers listed in the Shop.

It's shame because Slotgard allows players from Canada now, so maybe some other ones that we can't see we would be allowed to redeem now.

Shop offers have specific requirements so even if Canadian players are allowed to play that does not mean that shop bonuses are available to you. 

Specifically Slotgard and Spin Dimension are allowed for the US and New Zealand only.. 

So, if you cannot see a bonus offer, that means it's not available for your country. 

Of course, the list of restricted countries can change, but that depends on country regulations and it's casino's decision.

Our Shop rules have been pretty much the same since its beginning, almost 10 years ago. We do not come up with any changes on a whim. There are no hidden rules, nor small print. Everything is transparent and clear. 

And these rules apply to all our members, so, I took to heart your insinuation that some secret rule was created so that you are not paid . Honestly, I am stunned by your post. 

You could've just claimed some of free casino chips from the shop and be eligible for cash....

Maybe socks would be a great option. Can never have too many socks :)

I don't play at any of the casinos on the lcb shop but have an account at winaday and slotland but haven't enjoyed their games.

Each of the others, I have had accounts on or tried to sign up recently to don't accept Australian registrations so I either can't get back on or sign up.

Instead of going through all of them (I think I loose track about 4 in where I'm up to) can anyone suggest any that I should be able to access without a VPN that I can also get lcb shop spins for in future please?
