Need way better shop purchases here. An rules for $25 on Skrill, crypto are unfair. 

The great thing is, if you do not like the Shop rewards program that much, you do not have to participate. It's as simple as that.

There are still free offers for US players and a lot of free offers for new players as well that you haven't even tried to claim. 

And how are the rules unfair? I know it would be great that there are no requirements, Who knows, maybe one day. 

Since we do add new items, maybe you will find something you like in the future.

Generally, there are no limits how many comments you can post daily. We just like to advise players that quality is more important than quantity. Just avoid spamming or posting "en masse" withtout paying attention to the quality of your comments.

How long does it take to receive LTC from the shop

If you are eligible, it just like any other item - allow 48h (not including weekends) for your request to be processed - as per Shop T&C, Rule 18. 

So I purchased over 13 hours ago and it doesn't show me if it is pending or even looked at no request or nothing. Can someone tell me how long it takes them to send a request because usually after a request it takes another 24 or 48 hours to credit into your account right

After claiming the item form the shop, no special permission from member is needed. All request are sent shortly after claiming from the shop. Once the requests are sent, there is no option to cancel them.

Hi- I always seem to have trouble materializing bonuses bought in the LCB shop. Some because last transaction wasa a bonus, but recently I held out and made sure my last transaction was a deposit w/ no bonus. Then it was denied be cause at the time of processing I was playing with said deposit. I feel like it's almost impossible to redeem these bonuses. Thanks!

I seem to have violated a rule by asking for my $25 LTC only to have it denied because I did not make a shop purchase inbetween those $25 LTC ones. So, I made sure this time to make my SLOTLAND shop puchase, and in just a few minutes am going to purchase my new LTC $25. Hopefully without a hitch!

Unfortunately, if your last action is a free bonus, you can't qualify for their offers. Only their loyalty reward is ignored. Any other free bonus or promotion you may receive from them,  if you use it, disqualifies you. 

Regrading your active playing balance - that has nothing to do with Yabby specifically, When this happens, a casino simply can't credit your account.
