Hello i would like to ask what happened to my purchase for Crazyvegas online Casino, it's been over 48 hours

It was requested on 20th September (the day you purchased it) and being as that was a Saturday, the casino are not back until today.  I've not heard yet but it is likely to be today that a result will be sent to me. 

In the meantime, you can check your account to see if it has been credited. 

To anyone who has claimed an e-wallet payment from the shop since 18th September - please note there is a delay and thank you all for your patience.

Regarding Crazy Vegas chips - I've just found out that the rep is away at the moment.  I do have an alternative email but I'm not clear on whether this other rep is able to cover the shop requests.  I'm waiting to hear back.
