Amazon are pretty useless. They basically said they can do nothing. The only thing they did is get someone to tell me what items can be shipped to UK, which is pretty much all the items. Just a shame the postage is more than the item.
Not that I wish to argue, but my flag has always shown the Great British flag to my knowledge.
Not to be rude but I'm not seeing any 'thank you' from you. Both blue and Zuga (those primary color folks) both said they would look into it. Zuga even said not to worry, you would be refunded the $50 if necessary.
So, you don't lose your 'free' money and you get the 'free' money back if there is confusion with Amazon.
I think I did say thanks to Blueday via personal messages to be honest, but I will say thank you in here as well too. I try to generally use the thanks buttons to say thanks rather than written, to save making comments that clog up any part of the system.
I think I kind of sorted it myself but they were patient, Blue was especially helpful. Amazon were able to send the voucher back to the sender. Something that they never mentioned before. So it was sent back in $ and was paid to me again in £.
It is very strange that others have seen the American Flag, as I have honestly seen the Union Jack all the time. If it had been stars and strips then I would have changed it. No offense Americans.
Again though I thank Blue, Zuga and the site for issuing credits/incentives. It is a pleasure.
