You should allow a minimum of 48 hours for Neteller.

firstly, let me just say that i am not complaining at all...actually im just confused.also, this reply has nothing to do with anyone else's posts/comments, but i was searching for help and it just led me to this post which in a way, resembles what i want to say ....but not in a complaining way...
well, recently i had purchased a fifteen dollar coupon for 3 LCB chips and i thought it said i have to wait fourty eight hours first then i will recieve a email with the code. but, i havent recieved any emails at all and its been well over the wait time..so after reading the above post and comments, i was wondering if maybe i did something to disqualify myself from recieving the coupon for miami too? please get back to me when u can...thank u

In response to your valid question, yes you would be refunded the cost to your LCB credits.  If you don't hear from me you should know to check your account for the credit you are waiting for.  If more than 48hours (longer for Miami Club) has passed and you have still not been credited with whatever you purchased, drop me a private message and I'll look into it and respond.  In most cases, all chips/e-wallet payments/denials are made within/near to the 48 hours.  You will always need to check your account where you are waiting for a credit before chasing though, assuming you have not heard from me that it has been denied. 

Unfortunately, I can't message everyone confirming their chip has been credited (I'd never get away from the computer) and it's up to the purchaser to check to see if it has been credited to the appropriate account.

Regarding Jackpot Capital requests - we find ourself in the same position with JC not replying to my requests.  I'm going to speak to the rep about this and see if there is a better method I can use.  The delays are really unacceptable.  Thank you for your patience everyone.

Regarding Miami Club requests - it seems that an email I sent with a list of account numbers was never received.  I think I have captured them all now - so sorry for the very long delay those of you who are waiting.  Thank you for your patience too - much appreciated.

All Jackpot Capital chips have now been credited but if you find that yours has not yet been credited, please let me know.  As you all may have noticed, they have now been removed from the shop.

If anyone has any chips outstanding that are older than 48 hours since purchase was made, please do let me know however, I think that everything is up to date (except a couple of requests from yesterday).

Nobody claim the amazon voucher if they do not live in the US. I just wasted $50  :'(

Whats the problem with the Amazon voucher if outside the USA? I was considering grabbing one at some stage, I cant see it saying anything about it being US only but maybe its because I dont have enough chips right now. Can you sell it on eBay perhaps?

Sure you can use it, but the items are in the US so shipping is as much as the items

I would have tried to sell it but I thought all Amazons were like Ebay as in they are all linked, but they arent. So I clicked on link in voucher added it to my account, expected to see it in amazon.co.uk, but it was 0 gift voucher balance, but $50 @ amazon.com, Amazon basically said they arent linked and tough luck.

They also said voucher is specifically $ not £, so I wouldn't have been able to add it to UK site.

If the information isn't already posted here at LCB, I'm sure you will save a bunch of other members going through the same experience by posting here. At least you can take pride in that ... small comfort though it is!
