Yes,  since I never touched the  LCB skrill chip of 25Dollar I re-send it back to LCB, and LCB send me the 25Dollar to Paypal.

I still have no answer from Skrill after 7 days, why I cannot make a deposit to ANY kind of casino.  amp;

I also have this problem with support Skrill, have two open tickets, with more than 20 days and I have no answer yet..

What is AWOL?

It means Absent Without Leave in other words they've gone missing.  I'm trying to get them to credit all outstanding requests but I'm not getting any responses.

They have been removed from the shop now and I'll update everyone later today on the course of action to be taken.  It may well be that I'm going to have to refund all outstanding purchases but as I say, I'll keep everyone informed.  I have to give them a chance to respond.

As you may have gathered BitCasino and Vegas Casino have stopped their shop promotion without notifying LCB about this.  In the meantime, members continued to purchase the free chips from the Shop.

It is with regret that I need to inform you that all oustanding purchases will have to be refunded as the casinos will not be honouring all those I've sent through to them.

I won't be writing to you as it is too big a task but I will be processing refunds throughout the evening.

So sorry about this but it was completely out of our hands.

Thank you all for understanding and of course, for your patience.  I'll post in this thread once all refunds have been done.

Also, anyone who submitted a request without submitting their username (and is also still outstanding) will also be refunded.

I was wondering why there was no chip added to my very new vegascasino.io account -  I thought that this was very unusual for LCB -  but now I know that this was the casino itself causing it.

I want to add that both casinos should have the class to inform LCB at least. Very unfriendly.

All refunds have now been made including a few where I'd written to members asking for a username.  All those that had purchased one chip from each Casino have received a refund for each purchase.

There are some delays with chip requests at the moment due to the conference in Berlin.  Thanks for your patience.
