You purchased Casino Extreme spins on 12th April - they were credited on 13th April

You bought two lots of Grand Eagle spins (with different usrnames) on 12th and 13th April.  I'm waiting to hear on the 12th April result and the other for 13th April has yet to be sent although I'll probably just refund you that without sending as I'm still waiting to hear about the first lot you purchased (and you can only have one lot at a time, with a deposit in between).  Unfortunately, the rep never came back to me before the Easter break and I won't hear from him now until Tuesday.  Friday to Monday are not included in the wait time due to the Easter break.

Weekends don't count in the wait time, as you are already aware.  It's a bank holiday tomorrow so there will be delays with purchases where the reps are away.  I'll be sending all the weekend requests off now but if you are waiting for those results in order to qualify for cash, your cash can't be dealt with until those results are in.

Yes - new calendar month, purchases for LuckyDino are re-set.

A note to all members - you can only buy one set of Warlords and one set of Wild Wild West spins during the calendar month. Buying them again, when you have already had both sets, just causes extra work.
