    yeah, but  it' still hasn't been 48h (not including weekends). If their casino rep. does not respond today, I will send a follow up tomorrow. 

    It's strange though,  their casino representative usually replies to my emails the same day. Hopefully, their will provide results soon.

    you were not denied because you did not deposit, but "not eligible" - Your last action must be a single $20 (or more) bonus free deposit to qualify for this chip.. 

    Your balance is not $0. You were refunded and you have $3.6 at the moment.

    So, this is what happened:

    Your previous request from November 3 was in fact successful and you were credited the following day, November 4. So please check your account. 

    Unfortunately, the casino failed to inform me about it. A couple of days later they told me that you were not eligible, so I denied your request and refunded the chips. 

    And now we get to your latest request - since you were actually credited on November 4, you are not eligible for the chip again since it is available strictly 30 days apart. 

    I have adjusted your chips . 

    I hope this clears up the situation.

     

     

  • It could just be me and not making a big deal.  Red stage chip cost $3.. I believe it when you say you credited it back into my account? .  But I see it has less than $1. No big deal..... 

  • Hi yes, I had to adjust the lcb chips, because you were not supposed to be refunded for that purchase from November 4. If that request was processed correctly you wouldn't have enough chips to buy the Red Stag's $15 chip again.

  • You were restricted to posting on the forum and casino chips only. You are not allowed to claim cash from the Shop. Rule 8 is irrelevant because you can't claim cash. 

    You can purchase casino chips from that Shop, you are not allowed to purchase cash items. I mean, you can, but your request will be denied. 

    Not sure how many times I need to repeat that.

    Why can't something be implemented whereby a code is emailed or provided to a member when a bonus is purchased from the shop? If I'm not mistaken-  anytime someone were to win and request a withdrawal,  the casino would review the account and ensure their terms and conditions were followed and bonuses weren't used consecutively without deposits etc regardless of whether or not a bonus was used for gameplay so essentially the casino is verifying person is eligible unnecessarily when doing so prior to crediting account with purchased item knowing they will have to verify eligibility either way. If it were found that there was abuse or terms weren't followed by user, they could simply deny the withdrawal/ attempt to collect on bonus as they would with any other bonus or withdrawal attempt that was not legit. LCB could either revoke privileges or shop access, or debit ones balance for abuse or misuse of the bonus or attempt to game the system for earning coin. All of which is already done but the order and means to oversee could easily be streamlined by providing an instant purchase option in the place of the current, bloated redemption process.

    Just a thought.

    I sent your request to the casino representative on Monday, December 26. But I still haven't received any reply from the rep. Usually casino representatives tell me in advance if they are going to be away so that I am able to pause their items, but unfortunately, that's not the case here.  I assume that he's away because of the holidays, and that he'll be back on Monday. 

    But I have to add that  most of the time casino reps. do provide results in timely manner. I've just went through your purchases and this is the first time that you haven't been credited within 48h. And I am sorry about that. 

    Regarding some kind of instant crediting as described your your post -  It would be great for members, but it's not realistic.

    You my friend truly understand just how critically significant the time spent on something that can be done in minutes  but bec of insignificant, almost " no common sense " needed by the person in charge of processing the order, we're left with our hand on our dick while wondering just when it'll finally turn up. Not only this issue had to be a priority, that requires really good understanding on how people think esp gamblers, coz if not, may God have mercy for if i happen to at any point in my life ever meet this person, i wouldn't think twice slapping this person. I'm serious!

  • I understand from having read a few of the previous comments that it takes longer than 48 hours to get notice of your LCB casino purchase.  And your systems update a lot slower than mine!!! And hey I don't mind because that just means someone else is slower than me!!!   • I know that I can't claim any cash items before i spend 5$worth on casino chip items. I never had a problem with that and used to spend them on luckystar casino. However, as of January 1 2023 to play there or at any other casino that holds not a german licence it is illegal for me to do so. Even if i can still log in and make a deposit. This can get me into trouble with the tax office.  And German banks refuse to accept transactions from online casinos that aren't licenced in Germany . They can close the bank account as well because of this. 

    Unfortunately this involves all casinos that are on offer at the lcb shop. Is there another way?
