Value is $50 USD or currency equivalent in Euros etc. When claiming it, you can state your preferred currency. 

oke so its 45,0 euros , can you take 2x times 25,- skrill  voucher  wen you have spend 5,- lcb chips ore do i need spend another 5 chips for two 25,- skrill vouchers ?

You can not take two Skrill purchases in a row without having approved and credited free chip claim.

If you check the initial post you will see that in Rule 14 it is stated that in between e-wallet purchases you need to have approved and credited free chip claims for the amount no less than $5.

hi its being a wile sinds my last shopping here at lcb but its getting verry hard to buy 5,- casino chips , i need to play at casino where i normaly dont play, if i redeem where i sometimes play i need to play at 3 casinos thats kinda expensive for me i am noth that rich and then its becoming expensive for claiming only 25,- for minium of 60,-. so i was wondering wy dont you sell the 2.- casino chips  noth for 2,50 its better then 2,- i wanne pay like 3,- for the shopitems from 2,-  its better then 2,- . dont get me wrong its still free and i will use it annyways but for countrys like me the netherlands its sometimes abit difficult  to choose .

I completly agree with the choice for the Netherlands ... It can be very hard sometimes ... specially when there are 0 casino's in the shop where u usually play at ;) ... 

I ofcourse also understand the rules and know all is for free ... so ... yeah ... Cannot complain really to be honest in the end ;)

The chip costs are based on the value of the item the casinos are offering except Oshi which is a long running "special offer".

so its up to the casinos to deside how much it needs to cost there are manny diffrence in wat you get from 1 ore other casinos but its oke i was only wondering it would be much easier, now  try red stag its 3,- 

No casinos don't decide - I do.  It's generally based on the value of what you get which includes number of spins vs value of spins etc.

You'll need to re-purchase it then as I can't reverse a refunded shop item.

I don't know what they mean by "the list".  I send them to the rep and he sends them to the casino.  He gets the result which I pass on to you.

Does anyone know if Amazon.ca accepts USD giftcards? I just want to know if there is a point in leaving the $50 as USD or just take the $50 USD in CAD for the difference.

One of our Canadian members said it was better to receive it in USD rather than Canadian Dollars.

The shop item is not spins - it's a $15 chip.  Seems you may be referring to something else.

Blueday will respond as soon as she gets more information from the casino. There is no need to repeat the same thing over and over again. 

Also, if you think there was a mistake I'd suggest you send a PM to Bleuday, instead of contacting a casino. Support does not always know about the Shop.

i send requests every day from Sunday night through to and including Thursday night.  The rep came back to me earlier today regarding your request (as I queried the denial with him) and I advised that you said you had made a bonus free deposit and that you were referring to a "list" and "spins".  He has yet to come back to me and as soon as he does, I'll post in this thread.

i dont say free spins its the normal 15,- free chips that was denied so i asked wy at casino and they sayed i was noth on that list of people that has orderd the 15,-free chips that the casino gets , you give them names of users how else can the casino know wo has payed and i was noth on there .so ho has this denied? and today its also noth add i dont understand .

That would be the shop rules.  You've purchased a couple of items already however, all members need to follow the rules as laid out when earning rewards for  actions.  These rules are the "do's and don'ts" of LCB shop/site.

I bought 15 chip for slotland  with my LCB CHIP FOR $3;and never recieved my bonus.  I read it can take 48 hours to get the bonus and its 4 days now im not sure what to do now. My usernane at slotland is jbgie1986 can u please tell me where my bonus is

Please read the first post carefully.  All the rules are there for you to see.  I refer you particularly to rule 8 which advises that everything you earn in your first 3 months cannot be used to purchase a cash item once the 3 months is up.  Just make sure to spend your earned chips on all the available "no deposit required" items in the shop during your first 3 months.  Some items are "geo-located" which means if your country is restricted, it's off limits to you and you won't be able to see it in the shop.

Your first shop request was a cash item which was approved.  You have to spend $5 in between each and every cash purchase as per rule 14 of the terms displayed in the first post of this thread.  You haven't successfully purchased a casino chip from the shop yet.

Once you claim an item from the LCB Shop, please allow 48 hours (not including weekends) for your purchase to get processed and check your casino account. Please don't contact the casino customer support for LCB shop purchases, if you don't have your purchase on your casino account once the 48 hours expire, feel free to contact us and we will check the status of your purchase. 

Seems logic ... pure logic ... And also ... this is in the terms and conditions from the very beginning I believe to remember :)

But never hurts to remind the people about something I think :) !

No borrowing here.  I suggest to read the rules in the first post of this thread very carefully.

Just want to know if paypal or bitcoin shop purchase would really take 48hrs? When I purchase spins , they usually come a little quicker than that. Would that be the case with pp and btc? I know the rules of eligibility and so forth. But I'm setting my goal on the big one this time.
