  • I registered an account with them on the 26th of February and used a free chip to play. I met all the playthrough requirements and I cashed out on the 28th with a profit of $100 and sent in all of my paperwork. I talked to them on Monday of this week and they said that that I would be getting my cashout probably end of this week beginning of next. Tonight I go in to see if the cashout has been done and I can't log in. I go to live chat and they tell me that I have been banned and that I would have to talk to a day manager because they can't see why. What a bunch of BS. Any suggestions on what my next move should be or should I just let it go?

    The following is a list of reasons why I have been refused payment and or been locked out of casinos,perhaps you have done one of the following.

    Multiple accounts in name,multiple accounts from same computer,discrepancy (even minor) in ID details submitted,unable to confirm phone number given (even if they just couldn,t get through at the time),email returned (supposedly) from registered Email address,playing anything but slots for play through,using a 2nd chip bonus before using a first chip bonus,using a chip meant for someone else,attempting to withdraw an amount larger than entitled to on a free chip,bonus was actually sticky and not in T&C,

    No second chances ever given.

    I attempted a withdrawal at a casino after depositing 5 times,next visit account was locked ,at customer service said they had never heard of me.

    I think you can kiss your money goodbye.My many attempts in similiar situations has amounted to a waste of time.

  • Oh Well, easy come easy go........I have found that the Microgaming Casinos are alot better at paying out and faster too...They don't require all the junk that the RTG's do.  I have won quite a few times at Riverbelle casino and they never tried to keep my winnings.  I won the money, cashed it out and had it in my quicktender acct within 48 hours. Now, Last night I won 125 bucks from Sportsbook.com on their free chip and am going to be very curious as to whether they are going to pay me.
    Know anything about them?  One more thing, You know I also had a problem with Coolcat about 2 weeks ago. I have had my account with them for about 5 months....made several deposits, never won and then I claimed a free chip met the playthrough and won over 800 dollars. I cashed it out and when I went in to see if they processed it....it had been taken out of my account as a Promo Bonus Withdrawal.  I asked Customer Service in live chat about it and they immediately cut me off without an explanation.  That also kind of ticked me off.  I guess the RTG casinos just don't pay or find a reason not to pay.

  • Funny that you had that issue. I had an issue with Prism casino which is a part of the same group as Virtual (Virtual Casino Group). I redeemed takescare40 successfully and played through the wagering requirements. When I contacted live chat regarding a withdrawal request they found an excuse not to pay out. I was told I had redeemed to many bonus chips and must make a deposit and any funds won had been removed. Needless to say I told Jenson to cancel my account and I would be sure to post my experience with this casino with others.

  • advice, before you deposit try to contact the support of the casinos . do some question related to bonuses or something else ...the support is the face of the company
