i stick to my rule to never gamble more than I can afford. with that said it can be anywhere from 5%-25%. On a winning months I would gamble more though.

Do you have any special statistics? Do you know if you're on the plus side or the minus?

About 10-12% of my salary is enough. If I spend too much I wouldn't have enough for food by the end of the month lol. Limiting your budget is still fun, adds to the thrill if lady luck is by your side or not. You wouldn't feel bad if you ran out of spins or tokens or money for betting.

I do not spend nearly as much as i used to. Casinos are too tight right now. 

I probably still overspend by like $50 per month. Usually if I win I'll play it back at another casino. It is something I practice, that when I win at one, never to put it back into the same one. Superstition I suppose.
