Christmas / New Year - Shop and rewards 2019

HI Everyone,

I'll be letting you know about shop and rewards over Christmas and New Year in this thread.

Last requests of shop items will be sent to casinos on the night of 23rd December ready for them to deal with the requests on 24th December.  No further requests (except Bitstarz, Casino Brango, Casino Extreme, AU Slots, Space Lilly and Luckystar.io) will be sent until the evening of 26th December ready for the morning of 27th December to be dealt with by the reps.

I've been messaging reps for their holidays and currently the below will be paused from the shop:

Red Stag/Miami Club rep is away and both items will be removed on 19th December and return on 3rd January
Shadowbet rep is away and will be removed on 20th December and returned on 30th December
mBitCasino rep is away 2 weeks but someone else will be dealing with requests (no details on who yet though).  Update both items removed as no response at all from the rep covering the requests
Slotland/Winaday - both items will be removed on 22nd December and return on 6th January.
Slots.lv - will be removed on 22nd December and return on 3rd January
Casinoluck - will be removed 19th December and return on 3rd January.

That's it so far.  As soon as I get more replies, I'll update the above.

Regarding rewards requests, obviously where the rep is away, these will be held until their return - all others will be sent over in the normal way (except 25th and 26th December and of course 31st December).

Finally, and I know it's just a little early, I wish you all (who celebrate it) a very Merry Christmas and an extremely prosperous New Year.
