  • didnt get the email so went to live chat. was answered straight away by rachel. she gave me an email address and i sent an email to it and while i was on live chat my email was verified. so easy. great help

    In regards to the verification emails it seems there is a slight issue with the mail server we use to send out the automated system emails, sorry about this.

    We have some guys and gals all wearing the same type of tshirts with 80s TV show titles on them working on it who are using words and acronyms that I'm not even sure are in the English Language, but they seem to know what they are doing! wink

    In the meantime if you have any issues with the verification email contact our live support crew via live chat and they will be able to help you manually verify your account.

    What should of happened in this case is that the support rep should have advised you to send an email from the address you registered your account with to [email protected] then your account could have been verified that way.
    If your account has yet to be verified you can follow this process and your account will then be verified.

    We have our tech team working on the problem, it seems that over the past couple of weekends we have had a large number of sign ups, which is to be expected of a new casino, and it sent the servers in to a bit of a meltdown.

    In order to resolve your query in the most efficient way possible I would advise you, if you have not done so already, to email [email protected] from the email account you registered with and then the CS team can verify your account that way.

    In regards to withdrawals etc. everything in that regards seems to be working, we have had a number of withdrawals, including ones to members of this forum and all seems to be plain sailing on that front. thumbs_up
