Ok, I've decided to try this now.  I registered an account (it's a bit unnerving when it doesn't even ask my name or anything  ).  Then I tried contacting Live Chat to claim the bonus, but although they "popped" right on as if they were there, I never got another response from them in 10 minutes, so I closed it and wrote support.  We'll see how long this takes.
