So sorry for you that you did not get it. When I logged into the casino the money was already there, I didnt have to ask for it.

Obviously any mistake in crediting players is not coming from us. It does state for all players new and existing so every1 should get credited.

Also some Rival powered casinos have their own internal blacklists for players and bonuses.

And finally show more respect when addressing Moderators. Everyone here is trying hard to bring the best promotions and We will definitely talk to them, but you need to chill out.

All Im saying that per what we were told only restricted countries are Canada, Israel, Turkey and Jordan ( which is stated in our email ). We were also told its for new and existing players, so it shouldnt matter if you claimed a bonus before or not.

What I meant by blacklist is that Rival powered casinos do bonus banning internally ( at their backend ). Meaning they reserve the right to flag and deny promotions to "certain" players , and thats something that we can not influence nor have any insight as to whom is on such list.

Im not saying this is the case with you or any1 else who didnt get the bonus, but it potentially might be the reason.

Melcb will contact them and see as to why some players aint getting the bonus.

zuga, now Kris in support just said im still not ilegible cos i didnt sign up when i signed up months ago via this forum, but he can now give me a 20 chip for free, so they now can give me another no deposit code, now they make there own rules up so what happened to the 1 no deposit code only per player

we shouldnt trust casinos that change and make thier rules up as they go along

I didn't get the e-mail, but I logged in and asked to redeem the code. and "Marie' credited my account with the bonus. I guess I qualified for it. It went pretty quickly, however! Just relating my experience. Of course, your mileage may vary!
