In my opinion, Royal Panda it's a complete casino. But as we all know, there is always something to improve. I’m a big fan of the casino bonuses. The bonuses that Royal Panda offers are not bad, but I think you can improve in this section. I like you have also a no deposit bonus of 10 free spins, even if it’s only for some selected countries, it’s ok, somehow i understand this casinos politic. But I think you have to improve with the wagering requirements for the first deposit bonus. 35x in my opinion it’s to high and it’s very difficult to accomplish. I think that 20x or maximum 25x wagering requirements will attract much more players to made this step and made their first deposit (at least, this is what i’m looking for when i deposit). You also can add some additional bonuses (2nd deposit bonus and maybe 3rd deposit bonus, there are a lot of casinos that have this options). This is the major thing you can improve in my opinion. My problem with the way free spins are set up on here is that say you send an offer by email for 100 free spins by depositing 50 euro and it says you will get your free spins the following day at a certain time - This either means that you dont play your cash at all til the next day or you will then have to make a further deposit to wager the winnings on the free spins.  It would be far fairer to make the free spins immediate upon deposit as this would put me off playing there. 
I find the layout and site itself to be fine and depositing is easy not tested your withdrawals yet but i hope they would be speedy too.
You dont tend to send out much in the way of free spins except for when a new slot is released even for depositors.

Loyalty scheme. Can be improved, really. I can't see myself wagering 5.000 to get 10 FS. It is too low, and does not entertaining. I know, i know, you giving us what you can...But probably you relook a bit on it? More different items at lower price - this is a key. This will make players really interesting, something like wager 500 - got 3-5 freespins. Not big lose for casino, and you know - it is awesome retention thing, since bonus money can be wagered only with cash...(HINT HINT HINT, give more freespins = get more deposits, easy logic guys). Weekly, or daily, or monthly, all of this types. Players love to compete each other, and also there will be not one reward, so everyone will be happy to play.

Facebook page is OK, always posted something, always some promo, really can't  complain, love it.

In short - you already built very good website, really good. Honest business, no complaints from players. But if i was you, i will try to change something at loyalty and promos area. Tournaments with many rewards, many rewards at loyalty shop which does not require wagering a lot - and somehow you already will see yourself at a list of really best casinos.
