I would have guessed it's the top right of the border of one of microgamings slots, but I don't recall any with black reels and a purple background :s

don't understand what to guess exactly. you mean how many symbols are collected during bonus? after 5 symbols are collected level 2 is starting adding x2 to the next 5 symbols, then x3 and so on. but after around 18 symbols already collected is not necessary 5 anymore but less, don't know how many exactly as the paytable don't explain how multipliers work.
also what does it mean the second part quoted, wagering fs with cash balance?

My guess is how many x your bet you won, for example bet x 500... But yeah, I'm not sure too
