Personally, I find it very helpful to know all sides of the story in order to make an intelligent decision.
While my experience with this and another MG casino are unpleasant, my reflection is honest and accurate.

Personally, my experience with this casino and quite a few other Microgaming casinos, has been 100%  positive.  I generally only play at Microgaming casinos (and this is one of them)  and I've never been denied a withdrawal or had any problems.

Well blueday i wont ever deposit at gowild anymore there support is awefull after the downtime the casino had, first i waited 30min on answer and i quit.

2nd chat lasted about 25min and ended with a no to get the freespins since i gotta claim the spins with deposit and i dident see i had to contact support on the post you made.

And there support knows nothing about this promotion either had to show this post very unprofessional.

I wouldnt even bother getting them, 5 spins a 30 cents lol..
Their support is very friendly imo, except they have a lot of downtime. Claiming the bonus for my first 3 deposits I had to email them every time because of it.

It was leah that i talked with in the end, first chat was patrick with none answers after 30min.

But a66bounce i always been very happy about there live support very nice and helpfull, last night i could't see a hint of the old supporters work.

Support said you get 20 free spins if you dep 100. Had some to spare so I did. Santas wild ride again, god I hate that game.. 40 cents it gave me or so. Thought try some more of you dep money... zip zip zip.
Before moneybookers delayed dep got cleared I explained them the situation and asked if I could get a freebie or something, as I already deposited 6 times. Didn't give me anything.
