CLOSED $500 LCB March Contest: Let's Test Casinos!

Dolly Casino would be my go-to choice as it seems like a decent place to play at on the surface. However, I would definitely need more details on the entire playing experience before I decide to deposit there. Luckily, there's always LCB to help out with testing casinos so that the players don't have to make unnecessary risks!

Do you guys just throw all of the participants names in a hat here for these contests. Some places use the Lottery system when they hold contests to keep things fair by having the participants pick numbers and such.

Not complaining for sure I won $25 in one of these particular contests, with so many people entering I was kind of surprised.

We do not pull names out of a hat...that's way too old school! We use a list randomizer website where we insert all the names and with the click of a button the top names on the list are selected as the contest winners.

I voted for Chipstars, although the underdog in this competition, I like crypto friendly casinos and I feel like since I haven't heard of them yet, and I have heard of the others, they're not going to get the traffic but the others will right off the bat. Very curious to see how they test!

So this post says that BetBoys is available in the US but that is not the case. They do not allow players from the US. I just wanted to let everyone know that in case it alters their votes. They are a Canadian based casino but don't accept the US players which suck because I was looking forward to trying them out I guess I will just hope that someday they might be willing to branch out and accoet us in the US.

I think it's kind of ironic I was just thinking about playing at that casino like yesterday and then I see this post today about you know testing another casino and golden lady was the one I was at yesterday I was thinking about playing and depositing money.But something told me not to and , then what do you know there on LCB radar.. So just because I don't know I didn't get the okay I usually get from LCB so I think it's great you guys are doing another contest and I think you should do that one and we'll see where it stands, and holds up on the LCB SCALE  and then from there I can make my decision if I actually want to play at that casino deposit money so again thank you lcb.. I know my vote was for bat boys, but if I may make a suggestion I was wondering if you guys could do Casino Adrenaline? Please forgive me if this is a casino you've already tested. I play here quite frequently. I do have some concerns which I'll address, however I do want to first compliment the casino in a few different areas. First I'll start out by talking about the layout and format of the website in general. It's very well put together and everything runs incredibly smooth. In terms of verification the process is quite simple and incredibly fast. I had no hiccups at all. Making deposits is easy and self-explanatory and never did I find myself questioning what to do next. They do offer regular bonuses throughout the week and into the weekend. You can be assured that each week the bonuses will be the same as I haven't seen the routine of bonuses change yet. They do send out emails with promotions specific to players which is pretty cool, i.e. free spins or extra match bonuses. The withdrawal process is also incredibly easy to navigate and I have yet to come across complication. The processing of a withdrawal is fairly quick anywhere from 10 mins to an hour at most. if you haven't played on this casino and highly recommend it. So with that being said I'll roll into a few of my concerns. Customer service needs Big Time improvement. I feel that every time I have a conversation with them over a discrepancy or trying to claim the bonus or whatever it may be, they are quick to go on the defensive and a lot of times left me with the feeling of being a burden rather than a valued customer. More times than not my issue went unresolved. Lots of feelings of frustration and and like I haven't been heard. In regards to receiving bonuses or correspondence via email, many times I received a bonus offer of some sort or free spins to claim or some kind of perk that puts a smile on your face knowing you're going to log on and have something to play. Only to get into a conversation with a live agent via chat to be told that the bonus or email is not valid or that you don't qualify for said bonus etc. because the email was sent in error. Unfortunately to get to that conclusion of the email being sent in error or the bonus being sent in error there was quite a bit of back and forth between the agent and myself trying to get that answer. Many times I would submit screenshots of the email sent to me with whatever bonus it was that I was to claim only for those attachments to be dismissed nor acknowledged. That's where that feeling of being a pest more than a value customer comes from. Like I inconvenienced them canvas trying to cause problems or claim freebies just for kicks. Anyhow, I still play on the casino because it is one of my favorites, I just find myself nowadays spending less and less time there because of the bad customer service and the feelings I've been left with after dealing with them. Still in my top 10.

I voted for golden lady I'm curious to see how the testing goes, hopefully it goes well I'm looking to try out a new casino soon.

I did vote for putting Dolly Casino to the test... They have a rep here for direct support which is a plus in my book and if they pass the test with good grades i think i will give them a try :-)

I have played this casino for a few months now and will continue to play it. It has been a good way to pass time, no big winnings yet on the account but I'm looking forward to one. The only downside was that they added a bonus to my account without my permission which was odd and confusing and one of the support team members was refusing to remove it so I had to wait to get a different representative to actually help to get it removed 🤷. Other than that situation there have been no actual problems so in my opinion it's a good casino but not the best choice in online gambling

I chose Other alternative   ie Unique casino, from last few months they are accepting players form India and I request LCB to test this casino.

We never tested Casino Adrenaline, it's a great suggestion though and we might just do that in the future :)

My Favourite is Chipstars Casino.This Casino is Crypto friendly and the Customer Support is decent. The Minimum Deposit amount is low as well the Withdrawal amount. I would recommend to gamble here.
