We sent a reminder several times so far and they haven't replied with the answer. We'll remind them again.

I have enjoyed playing at this casino and am uncertain about whether I should make any more deposits at this time if the lack of response is indicative of a larger issue at hand, I have deposited since requesting not giving it much thought but now that a couple of weeks has passed I'm concerned about the reputation and reliability of the site if it's safe to deposit and expect a fair outcome or payout if I requested one...my personal experience with their support via chat in the past hasn't been great and not gotten better in recent times.
