I have a result...not what you want to hear I'm afraid

Ouch! Yeah,that is not what I wanted to hear! Not to be a pain in the neck but can you find out why they said I am not elegible?

Iam the one who made the first cash back claim for this back in July 2015 and have claimed it several times since then at both Treasure Mile and Lucky Creek.Perhaps they looked at deposits at Lucky Creek where I have not yet made enough deposit since my last claim to claim cash back again? If you can check that for me that would be great!
