I have a €15.00 Deposit on the 5th of November, and deposits for total €195.00 between the 1st and 3rd of December. That makes €210.00 deposits for the last 30 days.

I spoke to the live chat and they told me that only deps between the 1st and the last day of the month are counted.... is that true ?  They also told me "you already got  10 bonus from LCB, so not eglible for cashback" ... but the 10 is what I got instead of cashback

Yes, I never use deposit match bonuses. But I redeemed 1-2 no deposit codes in that time, which were free chips, not tied to any deposit 

All I can do is send it over again, which I'm doing now.
