Is this promotion only starting in November?  I'm just finding this thread, and I made $433 in deposits at Buzzluck in October - all lost!  Was there a cashback promotion in October too?  I've only made $127 in deposits so far in November, but have started to lose hope for any winnings at Buzzluck....a cashback bonus for October would definitely renew some of that hope!

There was a separate thread for the October deposits and I think you may have "missed the boat" for October however, I see no reason why I shouldn't try for you.  Please try not to be too disappointed if they do say no.

You will certainly get cashbacks from 1st November onwards and once you hit the $200+ mark, you can claim $50 or if you deposit $300+, you can claim $75.

I'll let you know what they say about your October deposits.

and this is just up tillt the 16yh, by the time the request went in for the first 200, i had deposited another 200 and so forth so by the time they gave me the cashback, i was already on the next 200, can u please help me out heree, ive never cashed out and lost a lot

Hi swtdeez, I see there has been a bit of confusion on your account which I hope to rectify now.

On Aladdin's Gold, if you make a claim today for your LCB cashback then you will be due $60. To make your claim, make your post so that the LCB Admin's can send over and cashbacks will be made tomorrow. Your cashback claim will then reset and your next cashback (if any) will be due from the 22nd until the next claim date.

On Lucky Red we actually credited your account $15 too much but we'll let that slide. But we're up to date there I think.

Remember, please post your claims here to go through the official process so that we can avoid any confusion. If you make a claim today through the forum, we get it tomorrow and credit any due cashback tomorrow.

Your cashback will then reset and you can start again from tomorrows date.

swtdeez, please make your posts here, LCB admins will make a note and email it to us. We'll then credit the cashback the following day.

The CS guys do not deal directly with the cashback claims and this can confuse the issue.

I'm aware that you have been on chat a few times today and have sent emails in to our promotions team claiming the LCB cashback, these will be ignored from now on and only emails from LCB Admin's will be acted upon for cashback claims.

Failure to comply with the rules of this cashback promotion could see you being removed from this promotion.

Again, the procedure is as follows:

1. Make minimum of $200 worth of deposits (at a single casino, not combined).

2. If losses equal $200 or more, make your post here in LCB with your claim.

3. LCB Admins will pick up your post and send on to me. We will check the amount deposited since your last claim/start of a new month and also the cash loss for that time period.

If you have deposited and lost $200 or more (at one single casino) since 1st November, you can claim cashbacks for each respective casino that you have lost $200+ at.  It cannot be $200 over several casinos.

I have a question ... do they lump everything together as far as losses go or do you get $75 for each loss of $300 or more?  I put in 4 seperate claims by dates  will I get credited seperately on all 4 claims?  thanks!

I'll ask the question when I send the requests over ot the casino trpschick (later today).

My experience is that once I made a request for a cashback, none of the deposits made between the time of my request until I was credited with the cashback were counted towards the next cashback request. The last time I requested a cashback I was told I only deposited $90, when it was actually over $200 because they didn't count any of the deposits I made until after the first request was credited to my account. Anyone else have that problem?

I think what they might be doing is giving you one amount between the time you request and the time they credit.  For example, if you deposit $1000 between the 1st and the 15th  and you request on the 15th, they are only going to give you $75, since your losses were over $300.  It looks like they dont give you $75 for every $300 lost.  So, if they are going to do it that way, then it is better to request the cashback every single time you hit $200, $250 or $300 and dont deposit until you get your cashback.  Does that make sense?  Hope I am wrong.

Unfortunately trpschick, I think you're right. At least that is what I am seeing with my requests. I am trying to get my requests in as soon as possible before I make my next deposit.

well i am not depositing here anymore if they dont honor my deposits.....where does it say anything about not being able to play your deposits on progressives?  i think i am fed up with clubworld group....it'll save me $ in the end...so just as well

Hi Colywog, we understand your frustrations here however this is covered in the terms of this specific contest as posted in the first post of this specific thread, its even in bold for you (term 6)...

Terms:

1.  Once you have requested a cashback, your loss amount is reset to zero.
2.  Only cash deposits made during the promotion count towards the cashback reward.
3.  Only players who post their cashback requests will be considered for this promotion.
4.  Losses at each casino count separately i.e. you cannot combine losses at one with losses at another casino..
5.  All losses will be verified by the casino on each request before cashback is awarded.
6.  Play on progressives does not count towards the cashback playthrough (You can still play them but it will not count towards the playthrough)

If you feel that this is not clear enough then we will reword this to something a little more concise. However, we do feel that it is clear enough currently to inform all players taking part. I'm dealing with Blue to sort this out. Thanks,
