Sorry to hear that, I do hope you come back to us soon. However, play on progressives is different as the funds go into a central pot which is why they are not included.

As I mentioned we are rewording the terms to clear this up and avoid any future confusion that may occur.

I made 4 seperate requests ... they should be treated as such according to the rules.  After my first request, I was reset to zero ... then my second request .. then my third request.... then my 4th, all according to date.  Is this the way that it works?  I would like some clarification. My first request for $50 was not deposited, BUT $75 was, so it looks to me like they lumped all of my requests together .... which is wrong in my opinion.  Someone needs to clarify this.  Had I known this was what they were going to do I would have just done one request at a time and waited until I was credited.  I feel kind of cheated at this point. 

In order to clarify the terms of this cashback the following has been added/amended to the first post:

6.  Play on progressives does not count towards the cash back calculation for this promotion (You can still play them but it will not count towards your losses).
7. The maximum cash back for a claim in this promotion is $75. Multiple cash backs will not be applied for larger losses (for example $500 losses will not yield $75 + $50 or 2x $60 but a single $75 cash back).

It is therefore recommended that you post your losses and wait to be credited up to the max of $75 before depositng again.   Any deposits made before your cashback request is deposited into your account will not count towards your next cashback.

Hi, it seems there does need to be some clarification on the rules on this one which is why between blueday and I we have been reworking them to make them clearer.

trpschick, with regards to your claims on the 25th you were given the $75 as for any losses over $300 ($300+ as stated in the Terms) you will receive $75.

Multiple claims from the same day or time period will not be split down. This will be made clearer in the new terms. Please don't feel cheated as the losses shown above do show that losses of $300+ receive $75 cashback.

You are entitled to contact the casino to see if any further bonuses are available to you outside of this cashback promotion.

We will be running this cashback promotion through December also as I believe the new terms should make it clearer for you all...I hope so anyway. Should you have any questions on the new terms, please let myself or blueday know so we can respond.

@ quate1of2, You haven’t had enough losses yet so no cashback is due. It seems you made a withdrawal which brought your total loss to $13.

colywog, for claification on the terms they haven't changed, they have been altered to be clearer as there was obviously some confusion. The progressives term was always there so the decision still stands. Either way, you have removed our casinos.

Question for clarification please...

Scenario...I deposit $200 and request my $50 cashback.  From the $50 cashback I withdraw $500 and get it.  Then I deposit $200 again and lose it.  Can I request another $50 cashback or will they consider that I am ahead and I can't get it?

According to the rules, I see no reason why you would not be able to request that 2nd $50 cashback once you had lost a further $200 after your withdrawal from the first $50 cashback win.  There are no rules to say you cannot request a further cashback if you win on a previous cashback.  Providing you lose $200(+) without making a withdrawal in between, you should be able to request a cashback (don't play progressives though).

I can double check that for you Medtrans, just to be on the safe side.

So I have to bring up my experienced to give a heads up to all after reading the questions and scenarios that Medtrans. Between  11/9-11/10 I  made  $153 worth of deposits. I was then given a daily vip bonus of $25 and as luck would have it, got thru playthru with $255 balance before requesting W/D of $230 wich after the bonus was removed left me at $0. I then made about $89 in deposits before posting them (I made a mistake, should be $242 total). I was told that not enough had been wagered and now was only at $13. The W/D minus total deposits($1 difference but close enough). Now if I had known daily would be used

count against this, I would not have used it until after requesting a cashback($50 instead of the $25 daily) I would have been able to use both this way, and now have to start back at $13. The win was nice, but I feel free is free, the more the merrier. I appreciate all the goodies and things can get confusing fast so i appreciate the hard work you guys put in trying to straighten it all out. I just thought i should post in case anyone is in a similar situation. Wait til after a cashback request before using any daily or monthly vip bonuses. Otherwise a win could mean you lose out.

What I am saying is, if you have a win in the casino after losing some money and that win leaves you up on the casino since your last credit then no cash back will be due.

It's a rolling cash back and we use the date of last claim to the date of the request for cash back as received by LCB admins.
