Here is the response to all your posts (which I copied and pasted to the casino)

"We can only calculate the player cashback from the previous date of credit, or for a new claim the 1st date of previous month, So this players event times are 1st October to 14th November.

During this time the player has deposited $341 and has withdrew £295, this is why the player has no Net Cash Loss.

The cashback is based on Net Win and bonus amount received, The calculation that we use for cashback is: net win minus any bonuses you have received during event hours = Net Cash Loss.

To be credited for LCB, your Net Cash Loss needs to be over $200

Cashback is for players who have been unlucky with us, this player has been lucky and has won, therefore as mentioned earlier: Net Win is only $188.23 then minus bonuses of $253 would give a negative number. This is due to the player depositing $341 and withdrawing $295 in this time.

Unfortunately regardless if the player has made any more deposits, the event hours will remain the same until he puts in a new request.

Our Customer Support Team will not use the term Net Cash Loss as we only use this for calculation in cashback. Customer Support are not the Promotions Team"

gabby157 in CWC from 1st October to 19th Nov, the players Net Win is $173.49 minus bonuses of $145.17 =$28.32 Not enough Net Cash Loss. It is more than likely due to the player depositing $243 and withdrawing $150

blue, I  did not make a withdrawal in Oct.  I did make a small withdrawal in September.  By my calculations, the deposits from Oct. 1 to present is over $200.

I have a response from the casino:

"It may be possible that the player is confused with another account, as I have double checked this, and I cannot find any cashback credited in July, or find any notes on this players account to state that we have checked the account or credited anything for LCB.

During the whole month of July, the player did only deposit $60

For June and July, the player only deposited $171, so there would be no way that we could have credited any cashback."
