@Gabby - This is the reply to my query re your Lucky Red account and I thought that this was the case

"We have to use the last credit date (and not the request date) to date requested for an LCB credit( 28th October) . As this player has never been credited for LCB she becomes a new request.

With all new requests, we go from the 1st of the previous month, so in this case this players event dates were 1st September to 28th October. During this time, the player has not deposited at all, therefore she is not eligible for any credit."

So - as we are now in November, any requests you make will be dated back to 1st October to the date of request.

I hope this makes sense.

EDIT: seriously, Club world support is useless - i asked in support what net cash means - and Jon answered in what respect - i explained to do with my deposits - withdraws - bonuses, and do you know what his reply was - he said, we do not use that term so do a google search, OMG - why are support soo bad, can you believe this??

Why is this casino group using and saying NET CASH and yet support say they don't ever use it.

what is going on, is net cash just a way they get away with not issuing people cashback they deserve - when i first started using this offer, i had free chips the same as i do now after a deposit - and even i remember when blueday told me that bonuses and free chips are separate and don't mess the cashback up - so it seems they have changed this rule now
