"Bonus too high compared to deposits" doesnt make any sense. They offer deposit bonuses just like all the other casinos. I deposit but lose, yet the fact that a bonus was used disqualifies me from receiving the cash back that CW, LR, AG, and HN give back? 

Since 12/15/17 I have made $594 in deposits, have withdrawn $0, have not received any monthly loyalty nor their daily vip free chips, yet I am not eligible? This promotion allows you to get cash back after $200 in losses and with the $594 lost, I should have been credited $75 when previously requested and another $50 again after $294 more in losses. I do not agree with this nor have i ever really seen anyone else receive that same response.

Please note that this was not the usual person that deals with these.  The usual person will be back on Monday and I can re-request and see what happens then.

Hi, so im fairly new to this and this is my first time posting in this forum for cash back. Lucky red just so happened to give me their loyalty chip this morning which i used amd then apparently made by self ineligible for this cash back promotion due to doing so...can this group post thw full terms and conditions of this cash back bonus so that everything is listed out clearly? So they did grant the spins request but not the cash back yet...its supposed to be $75. Im a new player and have deposited over $300 the first day amd find it odd that they sent me a loyalty chip that i used and apparently screwed myself over at the same time. Kind of bogus.

They said the shop chip was a gesture of good will.  They are struggling to give you other bonuses because of your bonus to deposit ratio.  This seems to be a problem for a few members and all I can suggest is to take fewer bonuses with your deposis so you can receive other bonuses like the cashback etc.

Unfortunately, it is out of my hands and the casino decision is final.
