I’ve checked this players account and since their last cashback on the 28th December, they are now eligible for $50. I’ve added this on their account now.

Bascially, if you make a withdrawal, they offset that against your losses.  So say you deposited a total of $300 and withdrew $225, your losses are only calculated as $75.  Hope that helps but if you want any more info, please let me know..
