I just want you to know this is why I'm so confused.  Their calculations just don't make sense to me and I can't seem to track it.  You can see in this post they said I had a net loss of 122.52 at Aladdins.  Then on 2/5 they said I had a net loss of 42.  Then today they said a net loss of 68.  I haven't made ANY withdrawals since the 122 net loss post so how is it possible to have less of a net loss when I've made more than several deposits since then!  I really appreciate your help on this.  Thanks

Hi goneWithTheWind70,

Can you see for Aladdins Gold the net losses are  "minus" 122.52.  This means you are up on withdrawals against losses.  They won't start counting losses until  you are back to zero so in this instance, you need to lose $122.52  before you can start counting losses.

Same applies with High Noon but that is a larger amount to lose before they start counting losses i.e. -$450.08.

Whats the minimum amout that has to be deposited to get the 50.00 or the 75.00?  I had 160.00 in deposits this round I believe before submitting for the last cashback. I think since the 6th of this month, total was over 1400.00 deposited. Really surprised it was denied.  Especially with the bonus to ratio % that i have used.  I dont ask for bonus with my depositsand when i do after the fact, can only get the 65% of up to 2 at a time. Even if you deposit 10 in a row.  Max is 2.  And from Friday thru Sunday, NO VIP daily bonus.  And that is when I tend to play due to work 

Anyhow.  just letting off some steam. lol  >:(
